About Our Company

BIOIN-NOVO is a member of the Union of Organic Agriculture and the Russian Soybean Union.
We develop and implement industrial-scale biological solutions for crop protection and plant growth stimulation. Our products are based on microbiological synthesis using proprietary strains of bacteria and fungi from our in-house collections.
Our biologicals are safe for humans, animals, and beneficial insects, and act with high selectivity. Every ruble invested in our products generates up to 10–13 rubles in return, according to our field statistics.
We have our own biotechnology laboratory capable of full-cycle microbiological research: isolation, purification, identification of microorganisms, formulation development, and biological efficacy testing.
We also offer food product certification services:

About Biological Preparations

Our biological preparations are completely safe for humans, animals, and beneficial insects. They exhibit a selective mode of action and are fully integrated into natural ecosystems. The key effects of our products include:
- Reduction in the number of leaf-chewing and sap-sucking insects;
- Protection of growing plants against fungal pathogens, as well as safeguarding produce in vegetable storage facilities and during long-distance transportation;
- Activation of root formation, foliar development, stem thickening, and photosynthesis;
- Increase in fruit size, grain count per ear, and the total number of productive ears;
- Enhancement of drought and frost resistance;
- Boosting plant immunity and enhancing resistance to diseases and pests;
- Improvement of seed germination and cutting survival rates;
- Shortening of ripening periods by 1.5 to 2 weeks;
- Preservation and restoration of soil fertility, along with a reduction in the use of chemical inputs;
- Yield increase ranging from 15% to 115%;

- We hold patents for our registered trademarks and maintain our own proprietary collections of producer microorganisms — approximately 170 strains of bacteria and fungi. We also possess extensive experience in the industrial-scale implementation of biological preparations, using tank capacities ranging from 10 liters up to 63 tons.

About Our Employees

Our employees possess over 25 years of combined scientific and industrial experience in the development and implementation of research at microbiological production facilities. The company's team includes specialists in technical microbiology and biotechnology, experts in the isolation of producer strains, developers of industrial-scale technologies for biological preparations, process engineering specialists, as well as food product certification specialists. The company's staff consists of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in operating industrial fermentation equipment with capacities ranging from 0.5 to 63 m³, as well as in laboratory handling of especially dangerous microorganisms of Hazard Groups III and IV. Employees undergo annual advanced professional training courses within the Rospotrebnadzor system.
The company is headed by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of Biotechnology, and Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural History* — Tatyana Alekseevna Nugmanova, who is the developer of all biological preparations. Tatyana Alekseevna Nugmanova has been awarded bronze and silver medals from the All-Russian Exhibition Center, the honorary badge "Inventor of the USSR", as well as gold and silver medals from the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. She has over 120 scientific publications, including books and monographs. Alongside our experienced specialists, the company also employs students, Master's degree candidates, and postgraduate students in the field of biotechnology.
